Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. You can also track your order anytime using our Track My Order page.
Delays During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Bank Holidays), delivery times may be slightly longer. We'll always keep you updated if there are any unexpected delays.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
