Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Return Contact us at trulypawsomeuk@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, your reason for return, and whether you'd prefer a refund or exchange. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Return Postage Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service. Replacement items are dispatched free of charge.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged: dog bowls and collapsible bowls, lick mats, sailor bow ties and fabric accessories.

Faulty or Damaged Items Please contact us immediately at trulypawsomeuk@gmail.com with a description and photograph. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Your Statutory Rights This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
