Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days and Express takes 1–2 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £50.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking email. You can also visit our Track My Order page anytime.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping is coming soon!

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

Can I return dog bowls, bottles, leads, lick mats or sailor bow ties?
Unfortunately these items are non-returnable once purchased, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Sizing

How do I know which size collar or harness to buy?
We recommend measuring your dog's neck or chest girth with a soft tape measure before ordering. Each product page includes a size guide to help you find the perfect fit.

What if the size doesn't fit?
If your item doesn't fit, get in touch within 30 days and we'll arrange an exchange for a different size (excludes non-returnable items).

Are your products safe for dogs?
Absolutely! All our products are designed with your dog's comfort and safety in mind.

How do I clean my dog's collar or harness?
Most of our collars and harnesses can be machine washed on a cool setting and left to air dry.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes! Our store uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
